KD trio FIRST ALBUM

On the 18th of February KRIS DEFOORT TRIO presented their first album at Concertgebouw Bruges. The album is recorded and released at De Werf, Bruges. The trio album is an anniversary album, as it’s the 100th album on De Werf label. To celebrate this, De Werf simultaneously released Kris' solo piano album, and reissued the Sound Plaza album (with Mark Turner, Jim Black and Nicolas Thys) of 2002.

W.E.R.F. Labelnight with KD Trio

Concertgebouw and arts centre De Werf celebrate their 10th and 25th anniversary with a special labelnight featuring numerous W.E.R.F. label bands as The Brussels Jazz Orchestra, Bert Joris and Kris Defoort.

Come On! Let's Party! Concertgebouw, Bruges

On the 20th February 2012 it will be exactly 10 years since the Concertgebouw was officially opened. During one week a wide range of festivities will highlight the various artistic activities of Concertgebouw and its long-term partners. On the 26th of February Kris Defoort, Jos van Immerseel, Arne Deforce, Daan Vandewalle and Claron Mc Fadden will bring a special celebratory programme.
